Credit/Debit Card: at Canelo, your card number is always safe and protected using certified leading encryption technology. A secure shopping experience is a priority and a guarantee, and your details remain private and encrypted. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees. Available worldwide.
Apple Pay: Before using Apple Pay, make sure you save your card in your Apple Wallet. Make sure that you have an eligible device, are on the latest version of iOS and have an Apple ID signed in to iCloud. If you have any problems adding your card, contact your bank, card issuer, or AppleCare for help. Once you have successfully added your card, you can shop on Canelo easily. To shop on Canelo, once you've added your desired items to the cart, just tap the Apple Pay button on the product page or at the checkout page, and it will bring up a confirmation screen. On the confirmation screen, just make sure your details are correct, and then authenticate on your Apple device to process the payment. That's it, your order will be shipped to you before you know it!
Cash/Card on Delivery: for customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Available in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

1) Check out caneloclo.ae and browse through our unisex collections.
2) If you like an item, simply select your size, color and quantity, then click "Add to Cart".
3) Add all the items you want to your purchase and continue shopping.
4) Once you are done, simply click on the top right of the page to view your shopping cart. Review your order and then click on "Proceed to Checkout".
5) You can checkout as a guest, sign in or create an account.
6) Enter your contact information and address. You will then be taken to a secure, private page where you can select your payment method and enter your payment details.
7) When you're done, just click "Complete Order" and we'll start packing for you!

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.

You can cancel and return orders from the United Arab Emirates within 14 days of receipt. Currently, you must pay the shipping cost, but you can choose any shipping partner that also delivers to our return address.
For international & UAE orders, returns need to be shipped back by you via a courier of your choice. Shipping costs are not covered by Canelo. To make a return, please follow the steps below:

Once our team has confirmed the return and provided the return address, pack your item/s and invoice into a bag or box
Send the return to the return address.

Our return process:
Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5–7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times.
