Returns & Exchange

Returns:

You can cancel and return orders from the United Arab Emirates within 14 days of receipt. Currently, you have to pay the shipping costs, but you can choose any shipping partner that also delivers to our return address.

Exchange:

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.  

If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and make a new order.
